DRUGSCAN® Customer Service Representative/Manager Positions
DRUGSCAN®, an established laboratory in Warminster, is seeking experienced customer service personnel to staff two new full-time positions within the company. Qualified applicants must be detail oriented, have excellent computer skills, and be a team player. Will be responsible for answering inbound calls from established customers, and resolving all inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the customer. The qualified candidate should have an outgoing personality/friendly, enjoy a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a medical environment preferred.
