The first step in the DRUGSCAN® workflow is the submission of the requisition form.  The form is customized to only request the information necessary for your specific product.  Our Compliance team continually reviews the form against industry-standard requirements (keeping abreast of any changes) to ensure that we completely capture all required information.  We also focus on ensuring that we provide our clients with the supplies and process required to correctly submit the specimen and requisition.

We have over 4000 collection sites throughout the United States to assist you with your collection needs.  We also have an online request form (for your convenience) where you can electronically submit a request for more supplies.
