What is your specimen collection turnaround time?
Results are generally available within 2-3 business days from specimen receipt at our lab. The DRUGSCAN team makes every effort to expedite results. We do everything we can to get customers accurate and reliable results as quickly as possible.
Do you supply collection kits and provide processors in the office?
DRUGSCAN supplies everything that you need to collect specimens that you intend to send to our laboratory for testing. Customers should contact their Account Executive or Customer Service for more information or to order supplies.
How do my specimens get transported to the lab?
DRUGSCAN uses UPS and FedEx, so no matter where you are in the country we can receive samples the next day. To expedite and help make shipping easy we provide specimen-collection kits that come pre-addressed and ready to ship. You have the option of scheduling pick up as needed or we can arrange a regularly scheduled pickup.
